Career
Michelle was elected to serve on the Idaho Falls City Council in November 2015 and will enter her third consecutive term in January 2024. She is a proud Vandal and first generation college graduate, attending the University of Idaho earning a degree in Advertising. She has served in marketing management roles for organizations including Ball Ventures, General Growth Properties, and Fin Fun Mermaid. She now serves as the Executive Director of Snake River Animal Shelter, a no-kill nonprofit animal rescue.
Family
She and her husband Dayne share four children between the ages of 12 and 19, plus two rescue dogs, Chewie and Maeby. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering, biking, and singing the National Anthem at local events.
Michelle's leadership style is collaborative, straight-forward, results-driven and respectful.
